UPDATE: The ‘manager’ lied about providing a refund. The refund never reached my account. I sent an email asking when the payment was processed - and was ignored. Typical for this horrible experience and service. What do you expect? WARNING: Terrible experience. The environment can get toxic, when you try to convey your feelings about the treatment. Please be advised that there are better options out there. The worst place for beauty services. The technicians are insensitive and insincere. Won’t consider your point of view, defensive, rude. Downright impossible to state your own opinions on the treatments performed on your own body. I should be able to say what I want and what I don’t want. But not here. Not a ‘safe place’ for people, to voice your requests or be understood in any way. I was made to feel like a fool for even coming here. One appointment, I was asked to apply for and spend $5000, by getting a loan on ZipPay to pay for multiple services. Luckily I didn’t go through. Others may have been manipulated and have not been so lucky. One appointment, I even cried at the clinic after a terrible encounter with a technician. Please avoid this place, and spend your money elsewhere. There are better services out there. Good riddance to this toxic environment.
